Issued on completion

Texas Windstorm Certificate

ABCO is Windstorm Certified under WPIE. When the job is finished you are handed the actual certificate, which is the piece of paper your insurer asks for and the one most repair outfits around Beaumont cannot produce.

ABCO is licensed, bonded, and fully insured. Seven year labor and workmanship warranty from us, lifetime manufacturer warranty on the materials.

Storm claims

We will meet your adjuster at the house.

Most of the arguments in a Southeast Texas storm claim come from two people looking at the same roof from different ladders. So we work hand in hand with insurance adjusters and, when it helps, we are up there at the same time. Same decking, same flashing, same conversation.

We run 24/7 emergency services and same-day free estimates, on repairs, painting, gutters and the rest. Financing is available if the roof cannot wait for the claim to land.

Read a roof

Five places a Southeast Texas roof actually fails.

Not the middle of the field. The edges, the joins and the openings, which is where an inspector looks first.

What ABCO does

The whole
exterior.

Roofing is the spine of it. Everything else on this list exists because a roof rarely fails on its own, and because sending three separate contractors to one house is how a repair turns into a season. ABCO is a locally and family-owned company run by second-generation contractors, so it is the same people either way.

01

Roof Installation

Full replacement and new construction, asphalt shingle, metal and flat.

Tear-off down to the decking so nothing soft gets covered up, then underlayment, flashing and field. Most houses are done inside a day or two, and the Texas Windstorm Certificate follows the job.

02

Roof Repairs

Asphalt shingle, metal, slate and TPO, residential and commercial.

A certified inspector goes up and looks at the decking and the flashing before anyone quotes anything, because repair and replacement are two different conversations and only the roof gets to decide which one you are having.

03

Gutter Services

Installation and repair, sized for Southeast Texas rain.

Gulf storms do not deliver rain politely. Undersized or sagging gutters push water back under the shingle edge and into the fascia, so the gutter run is treated as part of the roof, not an accessory bolted on after it.

A named job

A twenty year old roof in Beaumont, replaced.

The Murphree house needed the whole thing off. First contact with Zach through to a finished roof, on schedule, with the crew cleaning the site down each evening. That is the job we would like to be judged on, so here is the homeowner describing it.

I have done several projects with ABCO roofing over the past several years. They have been great. If there is anything not to your satisfaction or you have questions, they are quickly resolved. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them for both small and large projects.

Zach was great. He came out quickly to do an estimate for three different areas in the front of our house. Brick wall, new windows, and front door with storm door. The crews did a great job. They were efficient and cleaned up each day. We already called Abco again for another project. We will continue to call them with future projects too. Strongly recommend them.

The guys did a ton of work for us. New roof, gutters, aluminum siding, two new outside doors and repaired another. On the inside repaired some sheetrock cracks we had and painted over the repairs. Did a fantastic job and we could not be happier.

ABCO Roofing and Contractors just finished replacing a 20 year old roof on our home in Beaumont. From the 1st contact with Zach to completion of the job in a timely manner everything was perfect. The roofing team was prompt and very professional. I would recommend ABCO highly.

Before you call

The questions we get asked on the driveway.

Nothing here needs an appointment to answer. If yours is not on the list, (409) 835-2226 is answered around the clock.

Yes. ABCO is Windstorm Certified, and we provide you with the Texas Windstorm Certificate once the job is complete.

Yes. We work hand in hand with insurance adjusters on claims, and we can meet your adjuster at the house so the damage is looked at the same way by both sides.

That is what the inspection is for. A certified roof inspector assesses repair vs replacement at the property, looking at the decking, the flashing and the field of the roof, then tells you which one the roof actually needs.

A new roof installation usually completed within a day or two is the normal outcome here, depending on the size of the job.

A 7-year labor warranty and lifetime manufacturer warranty. The first is our workmanship, the second comes with the materials.

Yes. Estimates are free for roof repairs, painting, gutters and more, and we can often get out to you the same day.

Yes. ABCO is licensed, bonded and fully insured.

Both. We provide commercial and residential services, from a single house re-roof to a full commercial building.

Yes, financing options available. Ask when you book the estimate.

A roof can last 25-30+ years if properly maintained (metal roofing up to 70 years, per This Old House). Coastal exposure shortens that, which is why the inspection matters more here than it does inland.

Send a photo from the ground, or call and describe it. Either way somebody who has been on Southeast Texas roofs since 1978 tells you whether it is a repair or a replacement, and it costs nothing to find out.
