The leak is almost never where the stain shows up
Water tracks along decking and rafters long before it ever reaches a ceiling, so by the time a homeowner in Beaumont or Nederland sees a brown ring indoors, the actual entry point can be several feet away. Most of the time it turns out to be flashing that has lifted, a valley that has worn through, a pipe boot that has cracked, or a single nail that backed out of the field.

A certified inspector decides repair or replace, at the property
ABCO sends a certified roof inspector out to look at the property directly, not to guess from a photo or a description over the phone. They check the decking for soft spots, the flashing at every valley and penetration, and the condition of the field itself before telling you which way the roof actually needs to go.
Sometimes that inspection ends in a straightforward repair. Sometimes it turns up enough damage that a repair would only be a stopgap, and we say so rather than sell a patch we already know will not last. Storm damage and the adjuster
Hail and wind uplift off a Gulf storm are the two things that put the most roofs in Southeast Texas into a repair queue at once, and documenting the damage early is what makes an insurance claim go smoothly instead of getting disputed later.
ABCO works hand in hand with insurance adjusters on claims and will meet yours at the house so the damage gets looked at the same way by both sides. We are also Windstorm Certified (WPIE) and can provide the Texas Windstorm Certificate once the work is done, which matters for a Gulf coastal property in a way it would not further inland.
